Who We Are
Four Cherubim Care is a small, family-run service based in West Suffolk. We created the service because we believe many people need a little extra support to remain independent at home, without necessarily requiring full regulated care.The service is led by Sisan, who brings over 14 years of experience in health and social care, including leadership roles as a Registered Manager within regulated care services supporting both adults and children. Her experience has shaped a strong commitment to dignity, reliability and person-centred support.Four Cherubim Care is also supported by Darren, whose background is in education and physiotherapy. His experience working with people across healthcare and community settings brings an additional perspective on independence, wellbeing and helping people remain active within their community.Together, we believe that good support should be personal, trustworthy and consistent. Our aim is to provide practical help and companionship that allows people to remain confident, independent and connected to their community.
As a small local service, we take pride in getting to know the people we support and building trusted relationships with families.

We aim to keep things simple, flexible and centred around the individual. Support can be arranged on a regular basis or as occasional visits, depending on what works best.

Where We Work
Four Cherubim Care provides home and community support within approximately a 30-minute travel radius of Mildenhall (IP28), serving communities across West Suffolk and surrounding areas.
We regularly support people in and around:
